Handy Backup 2.1 is a powerful backup system allowing you to backup your important files at any convenient time interval, restore files from a backup copy and synchronize them between different locations. The backup process runs in the background. You only need to setup it once, and the program will execute scheduled backups and synchronizations at the time needed.

Handy Backup 2.1 works with files organized in Items. Item contains information about original and storage location of files, special procedures (compression, encryption) and scheduling.

The program operates under Windows 95/98/Me/2000, Windows NT 4.0 or later, and requires approximately 4MB of free disk space and a connection to the Internet.
